What is an organized game?

An organized game consists of one or more of the following*:

• Affiliation with a league, organization or business.
• Part of an organized event (ie. Special event, camp, religious activity, large family gatherings etc.)
• Players are wearing full uniforms.
• Use of paid officials, umpires or referees.

*It is up to the discretion of the parks and recreation departments to determine if a field can or should be rented based on the event description or previously scheduled rentals.

Failure to adhere to any field reservation policies could result in a team, organization or individual being asked to leave the park and/or could jeopardize the ability to rent fields from Lehi City in the future.
