Residential Utilities

You can now sign up for Lehi City utility services on-line. When you click the GET STARTED HERE TO SIGN UP FOR UTILITY SERVICES link below, you will be directed to Xpress Bill Pay. You must first create an Xpress Bill Pay account. After creating your account you can log in to Xpress Bill Pay and select “New Utility Sign Up” to begin the application process. Once the application is completed and the $30 set up fee is paid, Lehi City will process your request to put utilities into your name.

Lehi City utilities include power, water, and sewer. Garbage services are normally included, but may be provided through an HOA and not paid on your Lehi City utility bill.

The partnership between Lehi City and Xpress Bill Pay provides many choices to manage your new utility account. You can setup automatic payments, access account history, payment history and much more. You can also choose to have receive electronic notification when a bill is available and due.

*If you need to cancel your utility services because you are moving YOU MUST call the INFORMATION CENTER with a cancellation date in order to STOP being billed for your services.

lf you plan to rent/lease your property, utilities MUST stay in homeowners name until renters fill out application and pay $30.00 set up fee. Homeowners must keep in mind once renters notify the city of moving-out date the utilities will go back in homeowners name.

COMMERCIAL UTILITIES

At this time commercial utility applications are not available online, To sign up for Lehi City utilities you must print and fill out the application:

Email the signed application and a copy of the applicant’s driver’s license to utilities@lehi-ut.gov . Call utility billing at 385-201-1000 to verify receipt of the application and license and to pay the $30 setup fee.

Gas utility services are provided by Dominion Energy. They can be contacted by calling 800-323-5517 or visiting their website at www.dominionenergy.com/.

Once you receive your first month’s bill:

Have your account number ready.
Go to xpressbillpay.com
Login if account was created upon utility sign up.
Otherwise click the “Sign Up” box in the top, right-hand corner.
Enter your email address and create a password.
Follow instructions to complete account registration.
Pay your bill once or set up recurring auto payments.

DUMPSTER RENTALS

If you pay garbage to Lehi City you are eligible to participate in a dumpster rental program that allows garbage customers to use an oversize dumpster for five days. Lehi City has 4 dumpsters available per week. Dumpsters are delivered on Thursday by 5:00 pm and picked up the following Tuesday. The dumpster must be placed on the applicant’s property – not the street. The dimensions of the dumpster are 24’x8’x7’ (24 feet long, 8 feet wide, 7 feet tall).

The fee for the dumpster program is $200.00. Dumpster rentals will NOT be refunded if the refund is requested less than 2 weeks before your scheduled delivery.

The following items are NOT allowed in the dumpster: gas tanks, tires, batteries, motor oils, paint, solvents, refrigerators, rocks, dirt, concrete, liquids, air conditioners, fluorescent lights, and electronics.
