Legal Services

Legal Services is responsible for the proper execution of all legal affairs of the City. The Legal Services Department serves Lehi City through the practice of law according to the highest professional standards. The department consists of three divisions: Civil Services, Criminal Services, and Risk Management.

City Prosecutor

The Prosecutor’s Office is not part of the court staff. The Prosecutor’s Office is part of the executive branch of government, and is independent from the court. However, the Prosecutor’s Office does office in the same building as the court. If you need to contact the Prosecutor’s Office, you may call them at 801.407.1185. If you have an appointment with the prosecutor, please inform the court clerks of your arrival and they will inform the prosecutor’s office. The court clerks cannot talk to you about matters for which you need to see the prosecutor.
