We are excited to be holding public meetings in person again. In order to respect Governor Herbert’s recommendations for social distancing, we have made some adjustments. Individuals who attend meetings in person will be expected to:
- Wear a face covering over both the nose and mouth
- Affirm that they are not experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19
- Take their temperature before entering the council chambers
- Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other patrons not directly related to them
Seating is extremely limited. We ask that patrons watch the meeting online unless they intend to participate in a specific agenda item. In order to provide opportunities for all residents to participate, we may ask patrons to exit the council chambers directly following public comment or discussion on the agenda item in which they are participating. Residents may still submit comments at lehi-ut.gov/government/public-meetings/ by clicking “eComment” next to the Agenda link before noon on the day of the meeting.
We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to provide a safe way for residents to engage in public meetings.
