Founders – Bill and Hesther Rippy

Our founder, Hesther Rippy, is a good example of seeing a problem and then finding a solution. Feeling that she needed to heal a wound of generational illiteracy, Hesther and husband Bill, envisioned a center where anyone who needed help could come for assistance without having to pay.
