How to report an issue

The city now has a Citizen Request Application that allows residents to report issues related to streets, parks, power (excluding outages), garbage, public works, water, and code enforcement.

REPORT AN ISSUE HERE

  1. Fill out the form to submit a request
  2. Track the progress of your request by returning to your account.

The application is also available for IOS and Android devices. Download the iWorQ Service Request application from your devices app store.

Report an outage

If you are experiencing an outage call 801.376.0681 or TEXT “out” to 85700.  Our crews will be dispatched to the area to determine the cause and restore power as quickly as possible.

To OPT- IN to our text notifications text “lehi” to 85700. This will allow you to get text updates during an outage and will notify you of any planned outages in your area. Message and data rates may apply. You can update your information by calling us at 385.201.1000 or update using the  Customer Information Form  (Please allow 5 business days for the system to update your information). Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
