Lehi Community Emergency Response Team

CERT is about readiness, people helping people, rescuer safety, and doing the greatest good for the greatest number. CERT is a positive and realistic approach to emergency and disaster situations where citizens will be initially on their own and their actions can make a difference.
The CERT program is delivered in 3 hour sessions, one evening a week over a 4 week period. Basic equipment (helmet, vest, gloves, and safety glasses) will be provided after payment of class is received. Participants will be required to bring this safety equipment to each class. It is strongly recommended to also bring supplies for note taking.

Upon completion of this class participants will be given the opportunity to continue their involvement with CERT through annually drills, additional classes, and (if interested) helping teach CERT classes throughout the community.
